Hi there!
I’m Katie and I’m a graphic designer in Hibbing, Minnesota.
I started my design career in Duluth, Minnesota, and cut my teeth working at two different ad agencies and gaining tons of great experience. After four years and a workload of freelance projects that kept me up half the night, I began wondering, “what if?” so, I quit my day job and started Pink Tie Design. That was over 12 years ago. I’ve been a freelance graphic designer ever since.
One of the things I love most about this gig is that I work with truly amazing people. My clients have given me the opportunity to create logos, brochures, catalogs, annual reports, vehicle wraps and billboards. Plus I also do work for private clients and create things like custom Christmas cards, birth announcements, and invitations.
My husband and I have three little youngn’s: two boys and a girl, and an aging Springer Spaniel who doesn’t like to be left out of any family activity.
